Chester architects celebrate five years in city

Leading North West architectural, building surveying and town planning practice, Cassidy and Ashton, is celebrating the fifth anniversary of the company’s Chester office.

Cassidy and Ashton opened its office at Cassidy House, Station Road, in 2006 following a merger with Biggins Sargent Partnership, and is now established as a multi-disciplinary practice operating across the region.

The practice has worked on significant projects across Cheshire, Merseyside, Greater Manchester and North Wales, working with numerous clients including Cheshire West & Chester Council, Cheshire Police, Redrow, Liberty Properties, the University of Chester, the University of Liverpool and Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine to name just a few.

“We are delighted to be celebrating our fifth anniversary in the city,” director David Owen said.

“We would like to thank all the clients we have worked with over the years and look forward to continuing to provide a first class service to them and our future clients.

“Cassidy and Ashton has a proud, 50-year history and is responsible for the design and restoration of many of the region’s buildings. It is great for us to have a base in Chester, which is famed for its diverse architecture, and we are looking forward to working on many more local projects in the future.”
