Abigail’s Marathon success!
Last month our colleague Abigail ran the London Marathon to raise money for Nightingale House, Wrexham, in memory of her late father, Steven Owen.
‘Nightingale House is a truly special place and I simply can’t thank them enough for absolutely everything they did and still do’, remarked Abigail. ‘Running the London Marathon will only be a very small token of showing my full gratitude and appreciation to such a wonderful and important place’.
Abigail set up a JustGiving page to raise £1,750 and has been overwhelmed by the support and generosity of others – the current total is just short of £3,000!
