We have been appointed as approved suppliers to provide architectural design and building surveying services. The framework will run for four years.

The framework allows public sector organisations to access professional services through the streamlined agreement, providing demonstrable value for money, saving time and delivering measurable social value.

Cassidy + Ashton first won a place on the framework four years ago, and is now listed for architectural and building surveying work in the North West region until 2028.

Lawrence McBurney, director, Cassidy + Ashton said: “Retaining our place on this prestigious and highly competitive framework is a real testament to our firm’s expertise in delivering quality architectural and building surveying work.

“Over the past four years, our place on the framework has helped us secure a range of public sector projects, including the refurbishment of the Grade II listed Grosvenor West Building for Manchester Metropolitan University.

“Helping to deliver key public sector projects in sectors including education, healthcare and leisure means our firm has a direct impact in transforming communities and we’re excited to expand our services in these areas over the coming years.”

The framework is broken down into disciplines covering architectural design and construction through to quantity and building surveying and infrastructure services, as well as decarbonisation, retrofit and demolition.

Procure Partnerships estimates the framework could account for a spend of up to £800m during the four years over the 11 regions in England and Wales.
