Below are a series of draft plans and documents which have been produced in relation to the proposed development of 1 no. industrial building at Building 11, Factory Road, Sandycroft, Deeside, CH5 2QJ. The documentation has been produced for the purpose of a Pre-application Consultation Exercise, in compliance with the Planning (Wales) Act 2015.
The proposed development is as follows:
Erection of 1 no. industrial building (use class B2/B8), associated parking and landscaping (demolition of existing buildings).
This consultation is open for a period of 4 weeks, from 20/02/2025 – 20/03/2025.
