Below are a series of draft plans and documents which have been produced in relation to the proposed development of new build residential development at 4, 4A and 4B Hunter Street, Chester, CH1 2AR. The documentation has been produced for the purpose of a Pre-application Consultation.
The proposed development is as follows:
New build apartment block (19 units over 5-storeys) plus single detached dwelling, access, parking and associated works (including demolition of all buildings on site).
This consultation is open for a period of 3 weeks, from 17/03/2026 – 07/04/2026.
You are welcomed to make comments on these draft proposals. All comments will be considered in detail prior to submission of the formal planning application to Cheshire West and Chester Council and will assist in shaping the proposed development.
