Below are a series of draft plans and documents which have been produced in relation to the proposed development of 3 no. 6-storey blocks of student accommodation at Land Off Maes Glyndwr, Plas Coch campus, Wrexham University, LL11 2HT. This documentation has been produced for the purpose of a Pre-application Consultation Exercise, in compliance with the Planning (Wales) Act 2015.
The proposed development is as follows:
Erection of 3no. 6-storey blocks of student accommodation (315 beds), including reconfigured parking area.
This consultation is open for a period of 4 weeks, from 07/07/2026– 04/08/2026
