C + A has been commissioned by Aspect Construction Ltd under Design and Build Contract to undertake working drawing packages and site assistance at the University of Bradford for the new Health and Well Being Community Centre.

The proposed scope of works consist of:

• New Build Research House
• Removal of internal partitions, doors and ceilings and installation of new.
• Repair of existing structure including new roof and rainwater goods.
• Renewal of existing windows.
