Plans Approved for Ford Park House, Ulverston
We have now secured Planning and Listed Building Consent for the conversion and extension of the Listed Ford Park House.
The scheme, comprising of four 2-bed apartments and five-bed house, will be up for sale with Lancet Homes.
Work on the detailed design has started and construction is due on site in Summer 2017.
