Currently occupied by a bank, the proposed scheme designed by our Preston office for 212-214 High Holborn includes demolishing the rear to extend. 

Designs for the classical building, located north of Covent Garden, total 38,000 sq ft over seven floors with additional basement and mezzanine, and feature a gym, commercial retail space and offices.
