Aaron joined Cassidy + Ashton’s architecture team, based in the Chester office, in 2019, having achieved a Master’s Degree in Architecture from Liverpool John Moores University.

In 2025, he qualified as a RIBA Chartered Architect, after completing Part III of RIBA’s Advanced Diploma in Professional Practice in Architecture.

In the office, Aaron enjoys working within the wider team to overcome design and technical challenges. On site, he provides a personable and pro-active approach to project delivery and gains great satisfaction from seeing complex schemes come to fruition.

In his spare time, he enjoys running, water sports, playing music and spending time with his young family.
