What we did

  • Comprehensive site appraisal and initial feasibility study.
  • Detailed architectural concept design and 3D visualisation.
  • Premium interior design curation and material specification
  • Landscape scheme coordination and boundary design.

External Design & Street Presence

The front of the house combines traditional brickwork with a dramatic, full-height glass entrance that acts as a central feature, flooding the core of the home with natural light. Crisp, sharp roof gables give the property a clean, contemporary edge while respecting classic styling.

A key priority for the design team was ensuring the new home fits naturally along the street. The outlines and perspective of the neighbouring houses were carefully retained within the plans, anchoring the premium new structure comfortably within its existing context. The outside space is finished with tailored landscaping, including a secure gate at the end of the gardens to complete the property’s boundary.

Interior Layout & Living Spaces

Inside, the home opens into a grand, double-height entrance hall that sets a welcoming tone. The space features stone-clad walls, a magnificent floating timber and glass staircase, and a large central chandelier that draws the eye up to a bright, gallery-style landing.

This focus on premium finishes flows directly into the main living areas. The open-plan kitchen and dining area are designed for both everyday family life and entertaining, centred around a large marble island and sleek, dark wood cabinetry. Every internal finish and architectural detail has been carefully curated to ensure a flawless, high-quality finish throughout. To bring the outside in, floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors seamlessly open the room up to the back patio and garden.
