The residential development will be managed by Blackpool Coastal Housing and forms part of Blackpool Council’s ‘Grange Park Estate project’ which aims to adopt a ‘whole place-based approach’ to improving community resilience to climate change.
Proposals include a mix of semi-detached and terraced homes and bungalows providing a sustainable density whilst maintaining as much green, open space as possible incorporating pocket parks, communal green spaces, and a children’s play park.
Sustainability is at the heart of this timber frame development with the inclusion of air source heat pumps and enhanced thermal requirements throughout.
