Following a thorough post-occupancy evaluation from a similar pilot scheme and extensive workshops with end users, Cassidy + Ashton developed a solution encompassing open-plan hot-desking, meeting spaces, quiet zones, and collaborative areas.
The proposal not only created flexible working space for multiple users, but it also accommodated their faculty specific needs and integrated storage solutions as well.
The design applies biophilic principles within the existing exposed precast concrete shell by using a warm nature- inspired colour palette and textured fabrics that complement the spaces industrial aesthetic.
