Horrocks Quarter, Queen St, Preston
Construction has started on site for Preston's newest retail park.
Cassidy + Ashton, working with our client Brookhouse Group, have secured full planning approval for the 1st phase of redevelopment work at Horrocks Quarter off Queen Street, Preston.
The scheme will provide a food retail unit of 18,500m2, occupied by Aldi, with associated car parking and improvements to the public realm.
Phase 2 is currently being firmed up with a planning application due to be submitted later this year.
