Joe’s qualification comes after completing our structured 24-month training programme and working alongside colleagues in the surveying and architecture teams. He joined Cassidy + Ashton as a graduate in 2015.

Alistair Baines, chairman of Cassidy + Ashton said: “It’s always a pleasure to see graduates join the practice and aspiring to gain a professional accreditation. Joe has worked hard through the training programme whilst getting valuable experience across our core services.

“RICS membership demonstrates a highly professional level of expertise and technical skill. As a team, it guarantees we deliver an exceptional A+ service to business colleagues and clients.

“Joe is one of our many graduates coming through the ranks and working towards chartered status. This reflects the high calibre of people we encourage to join the practice.”

With extensive experience in new-builds and building refurbishments, Joe works on client projects within the commercial, education and private sectors. He is particularly interested in building conservation and is keen to specialise in this area in the future.

Joe said: “Meeting all the requirements for qualification has been challenging, but I’ve had the opportunity to work alongside some great mentors to get to this stage in my career.”

“Cassidy + Ashton is a very friendly place to work. My fellow colleagues have shown huge support throughout my training.”
