New ventures across the border
Following an increase in business across North Wales, we’re excited to announce that we’ve opened an office over the border.
The new premises in St Andrew’s Business Centre in Mold will allow us to continue to expand into the country.
We’re already working on a number of exciting products across the region including a poultry processing facility in Maelor, a series of barn conversions in Holt and Rossett and a 180-property residential scheme in Rhosrobin. Our Chester office is also integral to strategic land promotion in Flintshire, through the Local Development Plan, for residential development in Penyffordd, Buckley and Mold.
In addition, we’ve been working on various schemes for Powys Council and Wrexham Council to increase the energy efficiency in its housing stock as well as with a local developer in Anglesey to design and obtain planning approval for new build residential flats.
Commenting on the news, Dave Owen, director at our Chester office, said: “The market is somewhat underserviced in North Wales, with very few architects able to offer the breadth of services we do. We act as a one-stop-shop and that’s exactly why we already have a solid track record with clients across the border. “The new Wales office provides us with close proximity to our clients and signals our ambitions to grow and seek out new opportunities.”
