Preston retail and gym is given green light
Cassidy and Ashton have applied to transform disused land off Eastway in Fulwood into a mixed retail and leisure warehouse development with parking which has now gained outline planning approval from Preston City Council.
The 75,000 sq. ft scheme includes a gym, retail units and associated car parking.
