Josh joined Cassidy + Ashton in November 2021 as a graduate building surveyor having completed his Bachelor of Science (honours) degree.

He is enrolled on the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) APC programme and is keen to further his knowledge within the construction industry and begin working towards his Chartership.

Josh is highly skilled in preparing detailed drawings using computer aided design (CAD). He is particularly interested in building up a design portfolio working with many schools, within each diocese in the Lancashire region.

Away from the office, Josh enjoys the great outdoors including camping, kayaking and hiking.
