The University of Bradford on site
Works are progressing on site at The University of Bradford, with the ring beam to the research house foundation being installed.
The project is a major refurbishment to a Victorian building to create a Health & Well-being Centre for The University, under the AECB Silver Standard (Passivhaus Design).
The existing buildings comprise single storey and four storey Victorian Mill buildings as well as two more recent blocks of two and three storeys.
The drawing packages are produced using Revit BIM Level 2 compliance and NBS specification.
The project is a design and build project with Aspect Construction, and has a value of approximately £4.5million.
